Madmaheshwar Temple
Madmaheshwar Temple, one of the Panch Kedars, is the place where Lord Shiva's navel fell. Situated at a height of 3,289 m above sea level, the temple remains closed for six months and the silver idols are shifted to Ukhimath for worship.Tourists can also visit nearby Kali Temple where the statue of Har Gauri is installed. Moreover, while visiting the place, tourists can also witness the peaks like Kedarnath, Chaukhamba and Neelkanth.
