Lal Niwas is considered as a main attraction of Phalodi. It was constructed in 1750 and is embroidered with host of masons. A residential place of the rich people, it is considered a masterpiece for itself. This Haveli is constructed with red sandstones on the whole. It was like a small palace earlier and it has been sensibly restored. This place is popular for its interiors, artefacts on the wall, chandeliers with glass cut work that takes back to Rajwaras.
