Shri Mahavir Ji Temple is located in the village named Chandangaon of Karauli District in the state of Rajasthan. Several years ago, sand stone statue of Lord Mahavir was extracted from the soil of the village in which it is situated. This 78 cm high idol is copper coloured and is in the Padmasana posture.
