Naneghat Hills Travel Map

Naneghat Hills is one of the main tourist attractions located in the Malshej region of Thane. Naneghat Hills, which has an altitude of 838.2 m above the sea level, is known for its ancient mountain pass from Ghatmatha to Konkan. This mountain pass also consists of several caves and rock-cut water cisterns.Some of the caves have historic significance, as they have stone inscriptions in Brahmi language. The peak of Naneghat Hills, Nanacha Angatha, situated above a cliff, is a frequented spot of rock climbers.
