Kunkeshwar Beach is a 5 km long stretch on the western coastline of India. The beach is an ideal spot for swimming and dolphin watching. The area around the beach is popular for vast production of Alphanso mangoes that are exported to UK, USA, Australia and several Asian countries.A cave near the beach is a popular attraction of the area. The entrance of this cave is adorned with beautifully carved black rock statues of male and female warriors. Inside the cave, idols of Lord Ganesh and Nandi, along with a Shiva Lingam can be seen.
