At a distance of 7 km from the city, the famous Muktidham Temple is situated. The temple is built up of pure white Makrana marble and has an unusual architecture. According to the Hindus, a visit to this temple is equivalent to the visit to four holy centres or 'dhams'. The fascinating feature of this temple is that its walls contain inscriptions of 18 chapters of the Gita.
