Ponnani Lighthouse Travel Map

The lighthouse of Ponnani is close to the south bank of Bharathpuzha River merging with Arabian Sea on the outside of Ponnani town. In 1937, a steel mast was elevated to light oil wick lamp. At present, there is a lighthouse adjacent to the mast site. The lighthouse was built in the year 1983 to provide navigation to the ship.
