Begur Wildlife Sanctuary
Begur Wildlife Sanctuary is popular for trees with high medicinal value. The sanctuary is known for tea, vanilla, pepper, cardamom, coffee and other condiments. the other trees that can be seen in the sanctuary are see teak, eucalyptus, grevelia plantation, rosewood, venteak, maruthi, chadachi, mazhukanjiram and bamboo. This sanctuary is home to several animals like elephant, deer and wild boars. The ideal time to visit the sanctuary is during the months of December through May.
