Vazhoor is a village located about 10 km from Kanjirappally. The village is known for the Vettikkattu Dharma Sastha temple which is dedicated to Lord Ayyappan. Lord Neeranjanam, Nai Vilakku and Kalabham Charthu are some of the other deities enshrined in the main sanctum of the temple.
