Peruvannamuzhi Dam Travel Map

Peruvannamuzhi is situated about 60 km northeast of the district headquarters. The Peruvannamuzhi Dam is located amidst the hills and serves as an ideal picnic spot. The reservoir offers facilities for rowboat and speedboat cruises that include a visit to the Smaraka Thottam,' a garden built in the memory of the region's freedom fighters. A bird sanctuary, uninhabited islands and crocodile farm add to the charm of the place.
