Lamayuru Monastery (Yuru Gompa)
Lamayuru or Yuru Monastery is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery that is located 15 kilometres from the Fotu La on the Srinagar-Leh highway. It is situated at an altitude of about 11,520 feet above sea level.
