This monastery was constructed in recently and has been installed during May 2005 by the Noble Laureate, Dalai Lama. The monastery is situated on the left bank of Beas River and the view of valleys surrounding the place enhances its popularity.This monastery is close to Kullu at a distance of 10 km. The monastery is seen from both the banks of Beas River close to Kullu and is covered with lush green hills. The appearance of the monastery is grand and relates with Lamrin.
