Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry is engaged in teaching and research in the field of horticulture, forestry and related domains. The institution has helped in preserving eco-conscious, mainly in Indian Himalayan states and entire region of Hindukush range of the majestic Himalayas.Apart from research activities, the institution has formed associations with state, central and international institutions, NGOs, orchardists, farmers and industrialists for ecological stability of the region.
