The adventure destination Barog, is famous for small hill station with picturesque setting among the beautiful snow capped peaks and newly declared Kalka–Shimla Railway station as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is situated in Solan district in an Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. In 2014 UNESCO declared Kalka–Shimla Railway station a UNESCO World Heritage Site. So Barog bagged a monument in its town.
