Pardi is a small town in the Valsad District, which is around 14 km away from Udvada. It is also a municipality, which has its own industrial zone, governed by the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (G.I.D.C.). Local people believe that the Shirdi Sai Baba was born in Pardi.
