Ahwa is a small village that is known for Dangs Darbar, a tribal fair organised during the Holi festival. The village is also the district headquarters of Dang district and home to Dandkeshwar Mahadev Temple, a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This beautiful village is considered as a halting place by tourists on their way to Saputara. The village is also famous for Dangi Dance, a fast beat acrobatic dance, which is held in open air theatres, locally known as Rangupvan.
