Church Of St Alex Travel Map

Church of St. Alex is situated on the Chogm Road. It represents Rococo architectural style and has two towers and a dome. It is known for its decorative altars and beautiful interiors. The church is one of the oldest existing churches in Goa. The church was founded in 1595 by Franciscans. This church was destroyed by locals but was later reconstructed in 1741. The towers of the site were erected later in 1765.
