Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre was established in 1985 by Anand Sagar, a student of BKS Iyengar. The centre offers several yoga and meditation courses, as per the requirements of the visitors. Courses offered include basic yoga classes, yoga classes for a week, intensive yoga course, yoga teacher's training courses, therapy courses and yoga for children. All the yoga classes are offered between the months of November and March.
