Mobor Beach is located at about 16 km to the south of the Colva Beach, near the end of the Salsette coastline. This coastline is the point where Sal River flows into the Arabian Sea. It is situated in proximity to the Mobor Beach. Travellers can reach this place by taxis, auto rickshaws or buses from the Dabolim Airport. Trains are also available from various locations to reach the Madgaon Railway Station, which is the nearest railhead from the Mobor Beach. Ferry services are also available from North Goa to visit this beach that is located in the South Goa District. The ideal season to visit the Mobor Beach is from September to March, when the climate remains pleasant. Mobor Beach is also very famous for enjoying several watersports like windsurfing, jet skiing, speedboat rides and biking. There are a wide range of beach shacks, bars, discotheques, small restaurants and shops around this beach that are crowded.
