St. Lawrence Church Travel Map

St. Lawrence Church was constructed in honour of St. Lawrence in the year 1630. St. Lawrence was known as a 'patron saint of the sailors' and as a 'controller of winds'. The church is known for its beautiful architectural work and sculptures of Jesus Christ with His legion of angels. The main altar bears a wooden cross in the centre and the statue of St. Lawrence. The church also provides a beautiful view of the sea, the garden and the fort. St. Lawrence Church organises various holy ceremonies every Friday.
